Mandated by the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, the obligated entities include producers, recyclers, and retreaders responsible for utilizing and managing waste tyres.
Battery Waste EPR
Mandated by the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022, the obligated entities include producers, recyclers, and refurbishers of waste batteries.
Used Oil EPR
